Practice questions on this Service are algorithmically generated by NTA Ltd to cover the same curriculum topics and approximate difficulty range as KS2 SATs and 11+ entrance examinations. They are not reproduced from, and do not form part of, any official past paper.
Non-affiliation notice: SATs Superstars is an independent educational service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Standards and Testing Agency (STA), GL Assessment, CEM (Centre for Evaluation and Monitoring), ISEB, or any examination board or local authority. KS2 SATs and 11+ are registered programmes of their respective organisations. Use of those programme names is purely descriptive - to identify the curriculum and exam type that pupils are preparing for.
No exam outcome guarantee: This Service is a practice tool. It is designed to build familiarity with exam-style questions and improve fluency. NTA Ltd makes no representation that practice on this Service will result in any particular grade, score, or outcome in any official examination.
The Service includes an AI-powered tutor feature. Please be aware that:
Paid family plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Before checkout, the price, billing period, minimum term if any, renewal terms, and cancellation route must be shown clearly. School access follows the written school agreement or authorised classroom code.
Payments are handled by Stripe. NTA Ltd does not see full card numbers. You can cancel a family plan from the Billing page at /plan or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds and cooling-off rights are handled under UK consumer law. If immediate digital access starts during a cancellation period, cancellation or refund rights may be affected only where the law allows and only after the required information/consent has been provided. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory rights.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or withdraw features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where practicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTA Ltd (operator of SATs Superstars MAX) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free performance, or any specific exam result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights that cannot legally be limited, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Our Privacy Notice explains what data we collect, why, our controller/processor position, processors, browser storage, AI handling, and how you can request export or deletion review.
We may suspend or terminate access to any account that breaches these Terms. You may request export or deletion review from Settings or by contacting us. School-account requests may need school-controller review, and safeguarding, billing, legal, fraud, or backup-retention duties may affect timing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that consumers keep any mandatory rights to bring a claim in the courts of their country of residence and any other statutory protections that cannot be contracted away.
